If you are 18 and above, all that you have to do is to download HCA volunteer agreement, sign it and forward to us at seva@indiacentre.co.uk along with your preferences for volunteering such as day in the week, time and number of hours you propose to volunteer. Please click to download the form.

If you are less than 18, we require your parent’s consent for you to volunteer with us, please click to download the form. We are also required to complete children’s employment application as per government regulations; please click to download the form and get your parent or guardian to complete section 1 of the document. Once completed, please email the forms to seva@indiacentre.co.uk.
